Delivery, Return & Replacement Policy
At BdMega.com, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. Our processes adhere to the National Digital Commerce Policy of Bangladesh to ensure a reliable shopping experience.
1. Delivery Information
Delivery Timeline
- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days.
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days.
- Government Compliance: In accordance with national regulations, products will be delivered within a maximum of 5 days within the same city and 10 days for inter-city deliveries after order confirmation.
Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: Standard charges as displayed at checkout.
- Outside Dhaka: Standard charges as displayed at checkout.
- Note: Charges may vary based on product weight, dimensions, or active promotional offers.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- Payment: Customers must pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving the parcel.
- Inspection: We encourage you to inspect the outer packaging for damage before accepting. Please note that most courier services do not permit "Open Box" inspection (breaking the product seal) prior to payment.
- Refusal: If the package is visibly damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery. While you will not pay for the product, delivery charges may still apply in specific cases.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 24 to 48 hours of delivery if:
- The product is physically damaged or defective.
- The product is incorrect (wrong item, size, or significantly different color).
- The product does not match the description provided on the website.
Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging/box.
3. Return & Refund Process
Return Process for COD Orders
- Instant Return: If a defect is identified while the delivery agent is present, you may return it immediately. Delivery charges may apply unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
- Post-Delivery Return: Contact our support team at inform@bdmega.com or 01974466007 with photographic or video evidence of the issue. Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup or provide instructions for courier return.
Refunds for COD
If a return is processed after payment has been made:
- Refunds will be issued via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and Lingerie.
- Cosmetics or Skincare products (if the seal is broken).
- Perishable goods (Food/Groceries).
